Clinical Details

Clinical and radiological findings:  2.5 months ago fall earthquake victim. Followed with circular plaster in the outer center limited elbow movement

Planning remarks:  posterior approach elbow reduction and lateral condyle osteotomi fixation

Surgical Discussion

Patient positioning:  supin

Anatomical surgical approach:  posterior approach

Operative remarks: 

posterior approach elbow reduction, lateral condyle osteotomi and refixation, ulnar nerve anterior tranpozition and triceps z plasty

Postoperative protocol:   There are bullae on the skin, they are followed

Orthopaedic implants used:   k wire
