Clinical Details

Clinical and radiological findings:  5.5 years old male patient fall

Preoperative Plan

Planning remarks:  closed reduction hip spica casting No titanium elastic nails and spica cast table

Surgical Discussion

Operative remarks: 

hip flexion was given more because the fracture was close to the procismal. a slightly valgus cast was applied to reduce varus deformity

Follow up:   shortening of the leg will occur and coronal deformity seems to develop. The last xray was 2.5 months post op.
