Clinical and radiological findings:  67-year-old female patient falling diseases: dm , hipotroidi, ht

Operative remarks: 

The patient with proximal humerus fracture was fixed with fibula autograft and double plate since we do not have a prosthesis.

Debridement and antibiotic cement were placed because infection developed.passed infection after antibiotic treatment and debridement

Orthopaedic implants used:   philos and reconstruction plate
