Clinical Details

Clinical and radiological findings:  54 years old earthquake victim, neurovascular examination is normal

Preoperative Plan

Planning remarks:  judet approach , neurovascular bundlee preserved ,fixation was done with 3 recon plates, hookplate and k wire.

Surgical Discussion

Patient positioning:  prone

Anatomical surgical approach:  judet approach

Operative remarks: 

judet approach , neurovascular bundlee preserved ,fixation was done with 3 recon plates, hookplate and k wire.

Postoperative protocol:   3 week immobilization, after panduler exersize

Orthopaedic implants used:   recon plate, hookplate , k wire
