Clinical Details

Clinical and radiological findings:  46-year-old male patient in a traffic accident norovasculer normal, There is edema and abrasion in the humerus

Operative remarks: 

Metadiaphyseal humerus fractures with proximal extension can be successfully and safely treated with the lateral MIPO technique

Axillary and radial nerve injury is common.A long helical PHILOS plate was pre-contoured.Skin incisions for proximal deltoid-split approach and distal brachialis/brachioradialis intermuscular approach, the radial nerve is explored.Our patient did not have nerve symptoms.
