Planning remarks: dorsal free osteotomy and iliac bone graft
Patient positioning: supin
Anatomical surgical approach: dorsal approach
Operative remarks:I think the dorsal approach is more advantageous. Both the deformity is corrected and the graft is placed.
Postoperative protocol: ROM after 1 week
Orthopaedic implants used: dsital radius dorsal plate
