Clinical Details

Clinical and radiological findings:  35-year-old male patient, who fell from a ladder 8 months ago, did not receive any treatment. pain in the wrist, limitation of movement, deformity

Preoperative Plan

Planning remarks:  dorsal free osteotomy and iliac bone graft

Surgical Discussion

Patient positioning:  supin

Anatomical surgical approach:  dorsal approach

Operative remarks: 

I think the dorsal approach is more advantageous. Both the deformity is corrected and the graft is placed.

Postoperative protocol:   ROM after 1 week

Orthopaedic implants used:   dsital radius dorsal plate
