Clinical Details

Clinical and radiological findings:  27 years old female patient motor accident nvm normal , swelling and bullae on the skin

Preoperative Plan

Planning remarks:  2-stage surgery planned 1st stage ex fix 2st internal fixation and intraoperative ligament examination//// ligament repair/reconstruction, menıscus capsul repair

Surgical Discussion

Patient positioning:  prone and supin

Anatomical surgical approach:  lobbenhoffer , limited anteromedial and medial approach

Operative remarks: 

After internal fixation, the lateral meniscus and capsule were repaired with an anchor.

Reconstruction with hamstring graft was performed for MCL rupture.

Fixation with acutrack for tibia eminence avulsion

Postoperative protocol:   1 week splint after joınt rom Closed manipulation was performed at 6 weeks.

Orthopaedic implants used:   recon, posteromedial anatomic plate, acutrack, canuluuted screw ,anchor,interferance screw
