Clinical Details

Clinical and radiological findings:  63 y.o. RHD female. Cutting trees, missed and FOOSH right elbow. PMHx: HTN, DM, dyslipidemia, fibromyalgia. Social Hx: unemployed, non-smoker

Planning remarks: 

Surgical Discussion

Patient positioning:  Supine with the arm flexed at the elbow across the chest

Anatomical surgical approach:  Universal posterior approach with olecranon osteotomy

Operative remarks:
