Surgical Discussion

Patient positioning:  supin

Anatomical surgical approach:  knee anteromedial approach

Operative remarks:

If an eminence fracture is not detected, it may cause ACL failure.

In this case, a poller screw(k wire) was used in the tibial shaft. It is not correct to think that it is used only proximal and distal.

Postoperative protocol:   early motion(30-60-90-120)

Orthopaedic implants used:   nail-canulluted screw-acutrak-recon plate
