Clinical Details

Clinical and radiological findings:  18 years old falling from high humerus open fracture nvm normal,swelling and bullae are present in the calcaneus There are also lumbar fractures and intra-abdominal bleeding

Preoperative Plan

Planning remarks:  damage-controlled surgery planned

Surgical Discussion

Patient positioning:  supin and lateral dekübitis

Anatomical surgical approach:  pelvis modifiyed stoppa, humerus posterior ,calcaneus extensile approach

Operative remarks: 

After detecting pelvic fractures in the supine position, humerus and calcaneus fractures were performed in the lateral decubitus position.

Orthopaedic implants used:   recon , dcp, calcaneus plate
