Clinical Details

Clinical and radiological findings:  14 yo male. Football parctice. Unacceptable alignment of distal tibia ( SH II) and fibula. Reduction with clamp and fixation with perc screws + 1/3 plate.

Surgical Discussion

Operative remarks: 

Footbal practice. Fixation due to unacceptable tibial physeal lesion and fibular alignment. Reduction with a perc applied clamp.

Orthopaedic implants used:   4.5 can screws + 1/3 plate
