Clinical Details

Clinical and radiological findings:  Polytrauma injury, initially managed in an ExFix as part of dmage control surgical strategy. Preoperativei maging provided is at time of injury and also post reduction and stabilisation in an ExFix. AO makes classifying Monteggias a PITA.
