Clinical Details

Clinical and radiological findings:  16 year old male patient presents with flexor tendon injury to the FDP after capturing his finger in a door. Localised heamatoma and swelling. No active flexion at the D4 DIPJ

Operative remarks: 

AFTER EXPLORATION, FDP WAS ESTABLISHED TO BE AVÜLSİON. TREATMENT WAS COMPLETED WITH PULL OUT TECHNIQUE

The pullout technique is both less costly and has similar results with anchora.

Orthopaedic implants used:   PROLENE SUTURE ,K WİRE,INJECTOR SILICONE
