Preoperative Plan

Planning remarks:

Surgical Discussion

Operative remarks:

This isnt a case perse, rather a pictorial example of one of my cases demonstrating exactly what Peter Behrendt is discussing - visualisting and reduction of the central segment in lateral plateau injuries is difficult - as seen in this image stack - before and after shots show good reduction of the cntral and lateral zones of the lateral plateau, but centrally the depressed defect remains. Whether such a peripheral incongruency is of long term clinical significant is not known
