Clinical and radiological findings:  22 years earthquake victims

Preoperative Plan

Planning remarks:  earthquake victim 6 hours under the rubble,no crush syndrome was observed nvm normal

Surgical Discussion

Patient positioning:  supin

Anatomical surgical approach:  modifite stoppa approach

Operative remarks: 

modifite stoppa approach recon plate and noncanulluted screw(no cannulated screws)

Postoperative protocol:   rest and bed exercises

Orthopaedic implants used:   recon plate and noncanulluted screw
