Clinical Details

Clinical and radiological findings:  The patient who was followed conservatively for 1.5 months in an external center.Repair of nonunion is still controversial due to previously reported complications such as stiffness and avascular necrosis (AVN). The patient had no neurological deficit.(tardy ulnar nerve injury).elbow flexion 45 degrees, limited extension 20 degrees lateral condyle milch tip 2, weiss tip 3 and nonunion is present

Operative remarks: 

The patient was fixed with a screw and k-wire without using a graft. After 3 months, the patient was taken with CT. It was observed that the fracture did not fully heal and it was understood that the screw was disturbing the skin.screw was removed. reduction and stability were checked with x ray. long arm splint was applied without additional fixation

Orthopaedic implants used:   canulluted screw and k wire
