Clinical Details

Clinical and radiological findings:  8-year-old male patient traffic accident.He was operated in an external center. He applied to the outpatient clinic 1.5 months postoperatively.Angular deformity of more than 10 degrees

Excellent result, and with remodeling almost unrecognizable. Good literature showing no difference between TENS and cast management, and in this case, TENS not able to correct a bad cast. Plate was a good plan C
