Clinical Details

Clinical and radiological findings:  67 year old female patient - fall from stairs. The patient has osteoporosis, and many additional diseases (CM,HTn, Stent, Obesity)

Operative remarks: 

Advantage of this technique is its minimal invasivity,less blood loss,less exposure and soft tissues stripping.Use of smooth K-wires predisposes to pin loosening and loss of reduction,so k wires are twisted and fixed with rancho cube This technique is considered less invasive, with theoretic extensive indications, but it may not ensure anatomical reduction and early mobilization. Complications reported are pin migration and pintract infection

Orthopaedic implants used:   2MM AND 3 MM K WİRE AND RANCHI CUBES AND BASİC CLAMPİNG
