Clinical Details

Clinical and radiological findings:  Today's case 42-year-old male patient falling from a tree,surgery was delayed for 5 days due to edema

dorsal approach ,dorsal anatomic plate fixation,The retinaculum was placed under the EPL to avoid rupture of the EPL.

The patient was working in construction. Before the case, he constantly asked if there would be limited range of motion and instability in my wrist. We entered the case with the hand surgeon. druj instabil. I sent a closed k wire to the ulna styloid fracture. Despite this, the druj was not completely stable. I did not take the risk and sent the ulnoradial k wire. Dorsal radioulnar ligament injury and post-traumatic tfcc tear????
