Clinical and radiological findings:  23M ; RTA OG3A # DF with metaphysial severe comminution fixed by ORIF Swashbuckler Approach. Stage 1 :Debridement and lateral platting. Stage 2 :after 3 week Bone grafting Fibula strut and medial plate 3 M fup pic
