Clinical and radiological findings:  87yoF domestic fall

Planning remarks:  There appears to be big enough articular blocks to warrant reconstruction

Surgical Discussion

Patient positioning:  Prone

Anatomical surgical approach:  Dorsal appraoch with chevron olecranon osteotomy

Operative remarks: 

tere is a fracture, i need to fix it
