Clinical and radiological findings:  66-year-old morbidly-super obese patient with simple fall

Operative remarks: 

The morbidly obese patient was hospitalized in the lateral decubitus position. Despite abdominal taping, fluoroscopy could not be seen at all. The case was performed without fluoroscopy.

Abdominal bands were torn in the case.

It was a wrong decision to end the case without seeing fluoroscopy.Unfortunately the lag screw is long.The patient never came for follow-up after discharge.

Orthopaedic implants used:   pfn and cerclage
