Clinical and radiological findings:  10-year-old female patient, earthquake-stricken

Preoperative Plan

Planning remarks:  radial, ulnar nerve injury, brachial arter and median nerve durable

Surgical Discussion

Patient positioning:  supin

Anatomical surgical approach:  hip lateral approach

Operative remarks: 

humerus open fracture debridman and dcp plate

femur neck fracture open reduction and philos plate

Postoperative protocol:   serial debridement

Orthopaedic implants used:   dcp and philos plate
