Clinical Details

Clinical and radiological findings:  50 years old traffic accident 3.4.5. finger circulation is poor

Preoperative Plan

Planning remarks:  debridman and k wire

Surgical Discussion

Patient positioning:  supin

Operative remarks: 

There was a total Morel-Lavallee lesion in the leg and calcaneus fat pad was completely detached

washing and debridement was done with small incisions

Postoperative protocol:   serial debridman

Orthopaedic implants used:   k wire
