Clinical and radiological findings:  Polytrauma femoral shaft fracture

Preoperative Plan

Planning remarks:  Utilising femoral neck anterversion and posterior condylar axis (compared to non injured side based on preoperative CT planing) to determine rotational fracture alignment in the absence of clear fracture alignment 'tells'
