1)Ex fix and fasciotomy was performed on the side with compartment syndrome ,femur shaft fracture nail

2)15 days later skin graft closure

3)15 days later tibia nail and plate

Orthopaedic implants used:   femur nail//tibia nail and lateral anatomic plate///ex fix
