Clinical Details

Clinical and radiological findings:  I usually dont lose a lot of sleep over toe fractures, but displaced fracture of the Hallux get my attention. This one doesnt involve the physis, but both the radiographic and clinical deformity were significant. An initial closed reduction proved to be unstable and reduction was lost. A repeated closed redcution was then agreed upon, this time with percutaneous fixation
