Clinical and radiological findings:  45-year-old male patient, fall from height nvm normal

Anatomical surgical approach:  only phannelstein approach

Operative remarks: 

reduction of anterior and posterior fragments possible with a single incision

Orthopaedic implants used:   recon plate
