wound infection and implant failure? I've never seen this plate before
not seen either yet. been doing them for around 2 years now, over the past 12 months have replaced tension-band wiring with plating. far more mechanichal failures of tension band wiring than with the plates. This plate is Arthrex, and I believe DePuy Synthes has a similar.
