Clinical Details

Clinical and radiological findings:  70s M falls running in rain, intertroch w/ clamshell subtrochanteric femur fracture. GT/neck/head 1 piece, lesser and posterior shaft to 10cm caudal 1 piece, anterior shaft from below GT down 1 piece.
