Operative remarks: 

Plate is introduced through the deltopectoral interval, runs under deltoid to the posterior aspect of the insertion, anterior ro the lateral short head of triceps, pieces the confluence of deltoid and the lateral intermuscular septum and wraps gradually anteriorly to sit on the anterior humerus between the emedila and lateral heads of brachialis.
