Clinical Details

Clinical and radiological findings:  Testing out my radiocarpal ligamentotaxis reduction technique with a less complicated fracture constellation... Utilizing bicortical lunate and radius k-wires, together with a Hintermann k-wire distractor, we achieve restoration of length and articular inclination through traction over the volar and dorsal radiolunate ligaments.
