Clinical Details

Clinical and radiological findings:  60yo ma trip and fall from standing height fracture / dislocation reduced on site by paramedics trimalleolar mason and molly 2B fracture with medial collicular involvement fixed supine in a figure of 4 facilitataion modified posteromedial approach to tibia collicular and posterior malleolar fragment specific plates follwoed by the fibula through a direct lateral approach and syndesmosis screw
