Clinical and radiological findings:  54-year-old male patient with a simple fall The patient who was followed up with egg white and bandage after falling 20 years ago TURKEY SUCH TREATMENTS WERE DONE VERY FREQUENTLY IN,ESPECIALLY IN VILLAGES

Surgical Discussion

Operative remarks: 

A double plate was placed in the radius pseudoarthrosis. The iliac bone graft and k-wire were fixed in the distal pseudoarthrosis of the ulna.

THERE WAS ATROPHIC NUNUNION IN THE ULNA

WE DID NOT HAVE A DISTAL ULNA PLATE

Orthopaedic implants used:   RADİUS DOUBLE PLATE //ULNA K WİRE
