Clinical Details

Clinical and radiological findings:  20-year-old female patient with acetabular fracture after falling from height,The condition of the femoral head after 1.5 years The patient is 2 cm short and her hip movements are very limited and she walks with a limps

Surgical Discussion

Operative remarks: 

The old plate was removed with a modified stoppa incision.graft was removed from the femoral head and large acetabular component was placed.After the prosthesis is placed adductor ,iliopsoaas,iliotibial band release was done.After the final checks, the leg length was equalized, a stable and full hip joint movement was obtained.

Orthopaedic implants used:   plate removal and THA
